1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Some generator parts and accessories are large, heavy items and may require freight shipping. Typical delivery times:
- Standard Freight Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Freight Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days
- Local Delivery / Pickup: Available in select locations
- Ground Shipping: 1-5 business days depending on destination
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other conditions outside our control.
3. Freight Delivery Details
Items that are 150 lbs and above will be shipped via freight carriers. Freight shipments may require:
- A valid phone number for delivery coordination
- Someone present at the delivery address to sign for the shipment
- Additional fees for lift-gate delivery, remote locations, or limited-access addresses
If the shipping location is unable to accept freight deliveries, additional arrangements or charges may apply.
4. Delivery Inspection
Before signing for delivery:
- Inspect the shipment for visible damage.
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt and request the driver’s acknowledgment.
- Take photos and contact us within 48 hours if damage is found.
Failure to notate damage at delivery may affect eligibility for freight claims or replacements.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to:
- The continental United States
We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- Certain remote or restricted areas
If your location is outside of our standard service area, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Freight shipments may require 24–48 hours to display tracking updates online.
7. Customs, Duties, & Taxes (For International Orders)
International shipping is not currently offered. When we begin supporting international orders in the future, customers will be responsible for all applicable import duties, VAT, customs fees, and taxes.
8. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier issues
- Border or customs processing
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
We will assist in tracking and resolving issues whenever possible.
9. Failed Delivery / Storage Fees
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to refusal, absence, or inability to accept delivery, storage, redelivery, or return fees may be charged to the customer.
10. Lost or Missing Shipments
If your shipment appears lost or undelivered:
- Contact the carrier with your tracking information.
- Notify us so we can assist in filing a claim or replacement request if applicable.
