Our Happy Customers

At Woodstock Power, our satisfied customers speak volumes about the seamless generator solutions, breakers, miscellaneous equipment, and ATS offers that empower their ventures with unwavering reliability and peace of mind.

What really sets them apart is their customer service...

I was in the market for a generator on behalf of my company. The team at Woodstock immensely helped me through this process - none of us had any experience with purchasing a generator, or the operational and maintenance details. These folks helped me with all the details, including a full load testing and all the logistics - crane, transportation etc.

Now what really sets them apart is their customer service. Long story short - there was an issue with transporting the unit and it got delayed by a day. The crane I had arranged was not available the next day. Woodstock team managed to find a crane in Philadelphia area, who drove 2.5 hours all the way to Lancaster and unloaded it for me. At not charge to me! This level is customer service is truly out of this world.

If I ever need a generator (new or used) at any time during my career, Woodstock will be my number one choice.

Very professional, helpful, courteous, and kind.

We contacted Woodstock for information on how to determine what size generator we would need for our school and general pricing. We didn't realize that Woodstock power was not in our area. Even though they would not be able to do business with us Manny took the time to talk with us and provided us with the information we needed. Very professional, helpful, courteous and kind.

The team at Woodstock Power has always been a pleasure to work with. They are on the ball with shipments and Roy is great at what he does. The best part of all is that they are always prompt when dealing with transactions, which you don't find with a lot of companies in this market!

They took care of all the details for us...

Woodstock Power Company was great to work with. The company I work with purchased a new property with several industrial items that were left after the sale closed. I had little knowledge about the systems and their application, they helped to determine all of the details we were looking for prior to deciding how we were going to proceed with these assets. So they were the first company we called when we decided that they were no longer needed at this property. They took care of all the details for us including the removal and shipping, and even paid us a fair price for the equipment. Will absolutely be calling them again with future needs.

Very helpful in educating me...

I called to get some information on a quote. Manny Korn was incredible - he walked me through a lot of information on generators and volunteered his time to help me consider the issue, with zero expectations. He was very helpful in educating me and giving me suggestions. Cannot thank Manny enough!

I'm pleased with my purchase and dealings with the people...

Woodstock Power and sales Rep, Kent Anderson, worked with me have a 60KW genset transported to my residence without difficulty. The genset had a minor sensor failure and Kent aided me in obtaining a replacement part. The genset is performing perfectly and I am pleased with my purchase and dealings with the people at Woodstock Power
